Host a Fundraiser

Hosting a community fundraiser is a meaningful way to support compassionate hospice care in Burlington and the surrounding communities.

These events make a significant impact by providing essential financial support for the programs and services we offer free of charge to our community. We welcome third-party events that help promote the Hospice’s mission and raise awareness about our work.

Before raising funds or advertising your Carpenter Hospice fundraiser, please review, sign and return the third-party agreement. Once your agreement is approved, we will confirm your request and send written permission to use our name, cause, and logos for your event. For assistance or to start the process, contact our team early.

You will find the agreement and helpful information in our Community Fundraising Starter Guide.  We are truly appreciative of your efforts and are here to support your success.

Carpenter Hospice has been Burlington Old Timers Hockey Club’s main charity for as long as most of us can remember. Over the years, many of our members have spent their final days there, surrounded by family, friends, and often visited by fellow BOHC players. Supporting Carpenter Hospice is deeply personal to our club — it’s our way of giving back to an organization that has provided comfort, dignity, and compassion to so many in our hockey family.
